As the Los Angeles Lakers gear up for their game against the Detroit Pistons, rookie Bronny James is feeling a bit nostalgic.

Just hours before the big game on November 4, the young player took to social media to express how much he misses his girlfriend, Parker Whitfield.

In a short but sweet post on Instagram, Bronny wrote alongside a sweet photo of the couple from a trip to Disneyland Paris, “I miss my baby. Love u sm.”

The world first caught a glimpse of Bronny and Parker’s romance during the Paris Olympics in August, where they were spotted cheering on LeBron James and Team USA Basketball.

After the team’s victory over Brazil, paparazzi captured the couple holding hands while exiting the Bercy Arena, confirming the rumors of their relationship.

Last month, Parker made their relationship Instagram official during National Boyfriend Day. She posted another cute snapshot of the two at a Disneyland Paris, and declared, “Bf day! I love you! @bronny.”

Currently a sophomore at Spelman College, Parker met Bronny while they both attended Sierra Canyon High School in Los Angeles. While Bronny captured attention on the basketball court, Parker was a standout athlete on the softball team.

After being drafted by the Lakers as the 55th overall pick in June, Bronny continues to make headlines.

During the Lakers’ season opener against the Minnesota Timberwolves on October 22, 2024, Bronny and his dad, LeBron James, made history as the first father-son duo to play in the NBA.

Looking ahead, Bronny is set to split his time between the Lakers and the team’s G League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers. Bronny is expected to participate in road games against the Pistons and the Memphis Grizzlies before starting his G League season on November 9 against the Salt Lake City Stars.
