Live Nation is in hot water yet again after a data breach at Ticketmaster affected over 560 million customers.

The hacking group ShinyHunters allegedly stole personal information, including names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and credit card details.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, it took Live Nation nearly two months to notice the breach, raising serious concerns about their security.

The lawsuit claims Live Nation failed to protect this sensitive information, leading to privacy violations and a spike in spam calls, texts, and emails. The complaint argues that the company didn’t implement adequate data protection measures and delayed notifying those impacted.

Now, the affected users are seeking $5 million in damages, holding Live Nation responsible for its negligence in safeguarding customer data.
