Actor Emily Osment has filed for divorce from her husband of less than five months, musician Jack Anthony Farina.
The 32-year-old Osment filed the petition to end her marriage to the 42-year-old Farina in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday.

The court filing says the two were married on October 12, 2024 and separated December 7, 2024. It cites irreconcilable differences as the reason. They have no children.
It was the first marriage for Osment, the younger sister of The Sixth Sense actor Haley Joel Osment.
She came to fame for playing the title character’s best friend on the Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana from 2006 to 2011.

She subsequently starred in the sitcoms Young & Hungry and Young Sheldon, and currently appears on the Young Sheldon spinoff, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage.
The divorce was first reported by TMZ.
The American actress, first confirmed the marriage during an interview on CBS Mornings in the U.S. on October 16.

During her TV appearance, the Hannah Montana star revealed the secret that she tied the knot “just four days ago”.
“It’s great so far,” Emily said with a laugh when asked about married life.
“These past four days have been glorious.”
The former couple had gotten engaged in June 2023, she confirmed on the show, having shared an Instagram post at the time celebrating the occasion.
Osment shared a picture of Anthony and her stunning and unique two-stone ring and gushed about her future husband to-be.
“This magical, beautiful, kaleidoscope of a person asked me to marry him this weekend. I did not know life could be this sweet or I could ever be this deliriously happy,” she said at the time in an Instagram post.
“I am so proud of the life we have built together and the people we have become over the last few years.
