Real Housewives star Teddi Mellencamp has been dealt another health blow after having brain surgery to remove four tumours.
The star, 43, who is the daughter of singer John Mellencamp, told fans after returning home from hospital that scans have showed she has “multiple tumours in her brain” and two in her lungs.
“Update from my scans today: I have multiple tumours in my brain that weren’t able to be removed via surgery. I also have 2 tumours in my lung. These are all metastases of my melanoma,” she wrote in her post to her more than 1.1million of followers.

“The doctors are hopeful that immunotherapy and radiation will effectively treat them,” she said.
“I am feeling positive — that I will win this battle, that I got this wig (I like the short hair, just not the bald spots), and that I can remember all of Angelina’s kids’ names.
“Now, as @bravoandy would say: with all due… f–k off, cancer!”

Real Housewives star Dorit Kemsley wrote: “You got this Teddi! You’re stronger than you realise. I know you’ll win! You’re a fighter, keep fighting… you have a lot of love and support.”
Just days ago, Teddi revealed she was back home from hospital after having brain surgery to remove four tumours.
She spent 16 days in hospital.
In one video shared on her Instagram Stories, she was being driven home to the song Coming Home by P Diddy and Skylar Grey, and got visibly emotional as she sang along to the track.
She then shared a video of herself walking on a treadmill and said: “Starting back slow. Obviously very emotional watching your body change with so much medication from the brain tumors.”
“But just trying to remember how grateful I am that I can move my body again,” she added, before getting emotional.

Mellencamp also showed fans some of the bruising on her arms, writing: “Bruising and swelling but I know I can do this. F–k off tears. I can do hard things.”
Last week, she revealed she had her staples removed from her head following the surgery.
Mellencamp previously revealed she had a total of four tumours removed during her brain surgery.

She shared a statement and wrote that “more tumours were removed than expected”.
“In full transparency, more tumours were removed than expected: 4 in total. This fight is not over, but that round has been won,” she wrote.
