Jackie ‘O’ Henderson storms out of studio after tiff with co-host Kyle Sandilands

Feb 26, 2025

Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson have worked together for years, and are not only colleagues but good friends too.

But on their KIIS FM Kyle and Jackie O radio show on Thursday, the radio hosts revealed that they had a huge fight in the studio the day before.

The admission came during a segment with listener questions when they were asked: ”Have you guys ever had a bust up where you thought you’d stop talking and end the show?”

While the pair said they’ve never thought about ending their show, they did reveal what went down with their latest spat.

“When was the last time we had one like yesterday? I reckon like five or six years ago. I did accuse Kyle of gaslighting me and I stormed out of the studio,” Henderson, 50, said.

“I was yelling out, ‘don’t use that word’ [gaslighting]… and she was gone!” Sandilands added as they laughed about the incident.

“I could hear your voice bleeding through the headphones with something!” Jackie replied.

However, the pair, who have worked together since the early 2000s, said they both didn’t think the fight was a “big deal”.

“It’s just like brother and sister,” Sandilands explained.

Jackie added: “It was one, but it wasn’t a huge one.”

Jackie 'O' Henderson reveals addiction battle

It comes after Sandilands earlier this week on their radio show issued an urgent warning to listeners after his mother Pamela had her computer hacked and lost thousands to scammers.

Sandilands, 53, shared what happened to his mother, and explained a message popped up on her computer – which he believes the hackers slowed down – claiming to be from “Microsoft security”.

The message told her to ‘click’ on it if she was having problems with her computer, which she was, and the scammer impersonated someone from Microsoft and claimed to be helping her.

The scammer urged her to go out and buy $2,000 in Apple gift cards.

After she had given them access to her computer, they gained access to her bank accounts.

“I rang mum and she said, ‘I’ve done something silly’. I love her… but she’s hasn’t been used to doing a lot of her own stuff… she said, ‘I think I’ve been scammed’. The dread ran through me,” Sandilands explained.

Henderson slammed the hackers and their elaborate ploy, saying: ”They are the lowest of the low doing that to someone.”
