D’Lila and Jessie Combs, the twin daughters of Sean “Diddy” Combs and the late Kim Porter, rang in their 18th birthday on December 21 with love and heartfelt messages from their loved ones.
Big brother Quincy Brown kicked off the tributes with a touching Instagram post, saying, “Happy 18th Birthday to my forever babies Jessie & D’Lila! I don’t even know what more to say other than I LOVE YOU TWO more than anything in this entire Quniverse! @the_combs_twins Let’s have the best day ever!!!!!”
Another one of their big brothers, Christian Combs, also sent his well wishes. “HAPPY BDAY TO MY QUEENS @the_combs_twins !! I can’t believe yall already 18! I remember the day you were born like it was yesterday!! I’m proud of you & LOVE YOU SOO MUCH !!”
The twins’ sister Chance Combs, who is older by them by a few months, wrote, “Happy Birthday to the best sisters ever, I love you guys endlessly. It’s so insane that you guys are 18”.
Even Diddy’s youngest daughter, Love Sean Combs, also joined in with a sweet tribute: “Happy 18th Birthday to Jessie & D’lila!!! Thank you for being such a big part of my motherhood journey. May God continue to Bless You and may all your wishes come true!To witness Baby Love come into this world and have the best big sisters any little girl can ask for makes my heart so full.
Their guardian, Lawanda “Lala” Lane, reflected on the journey of watching them grow into young women. She wrote, “I can not believe you are 18,” the guardian wrote. “I remember going to the doctor with your mom to find out she was expecting. Kim said, ‘I think it’s twins. I feel different this time around,’ and I was like, ‘Sure, it is twins.’ Well, the doctor said it was twins—not just twins, it is twin girls. You have been a blessing ever since. I am so proud of the young ladies you have become….Happy Birthday @the_combs_twins!”
The twins celebrated their milestone with a private gathering surrounded by family and close friends, inluding Kimora Lee Simmons and family.
Diddy, who shares seven children—Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, twins D’Lila and Jessie, and Love Sean—with four different women, was notably absent from the celebrations. The hip-hop mogul is currently in federal custody, awaiting trial on charges of racketeering and trafficking.
