Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new $15 million lawsuit from LaTroya Grayson, an Oklahoma woman who alleges she was drugged and assaulted during one of his New York City parties in 2006. Grayson, however, admits in her filing that she has no memory of meeting Diddy or of the alleged assault.

Grayson’s lawsuit also names Bad Boy Records, Atlantic Records, and other companies, claiming they played a role in the alleged incident. The situation began when her half-sibling won a local Oklahoma radio contest through KJAMZ. The prize included round-trip airfare, a hotel stay in Manhattan, and tickets to Diddy’s “White Party,” which was later rebranded as a “Black Party.”

Grayson provided several pieces of evidence in her complaint, including:

  • Photos of her airline tickets for a round-trip flight between Tulsa and New York on October 16-17, 2006.
  • A bill from the Roger Smith Hotel in Manhattan, allegedly paid for by Atlantic Records.
  • A photo of her invite to the event.

Grayson says she and her sibling were separated upon arrival at the party. Security reportedly allowed her in based on her appearance, while her sibling was left outside.

Once inside, Grayson alleges that waitresses were serving premade drinks to partygoers. She claims that after consuming two drinks, she began feeling ill and headed to the restroom. She remembers nothing further from that night and says her next memory was waking up at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center.

Grayson says she woke up in the hospital to find her shirt ripped, her underwear missing, and her money stolen. She also alleges she experienced physical pain in the days following the incident and believes she was sexually assaulted.

She claims she flew back to Oklahoma the following day and received a phone call from an anonymous woman warning her not to pursue legal action against Diddy because he was a celebrity and any attempts would be futile. Grayson says she chose not to report the alleged assault at the time due to fear and confusion.

Diddy’s attorneys have vehemently denied the allegations, stating to TMZ:
“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking. Ms. Grayson admits she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was supposedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her allegations against him are pure fiction. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless lawsuit and lawyer-driven money grab. He has faith in the judicial process, in which fact will be separated from opportunistic fabrications like these.”

Grayson’s lawsuit includes photos of her hospital bracelet, a bill from her hospital stay, and pictures of her at the party with other celebrities. While Grayson provided detailed documentation of her trip and attendance, the lawsuit acknowledges that she cannot identify who allegedly assaulted her and has no evidence of direct interaction with Diddy at the party.
