Aussie comedian and TV star Dave ‘Hughesy’ Hughes has certainly had some adventures during his trip to the UK and Ireland.
Hughes, 54, ”nearly got into a punch on” at Wimbledon and was even a surprise Aussie guest at Spice Girl Mel B’s wedding in London.
Now, he’s revealed he was on a tour bus in Dublin, Ireland, heading to the Cliffs of Moher when the tour guide seemingly thought he was harassing his wife, Holly Hughes.

In a hilarious video shared on his Instagram, Hughes said: “Get on the bus, sitting beside my wife and the tour guide comes up to us and says, ‘I’ll get this guy to move.’ To my wife, about me!
“She said, ‘That’s my husband’.
“What the f–k? He thought I was a sex pest!”

The radio star added in the caption: “I shoulda (sic) headbutted this Irish tour guide. I’ve never been so offended.”
One follower commented underneath: “Gosh @dhughesy you are really showing all your charms over there.”
On Saturday, Hughes joined A-listers including Spice Girl Emma Bunton and model Cara Delevigne at Mel B’s wedding at the historic St. Paul’s Cathedral in London.

Hughes attended the wedding with wife Holly, having bonded with newlyweds Mel B and Rory McPhee on set of The Masked Singer Australia.
“Holly and I had a fantastic time at Mel and Rory’s wedding at St Paul’s Cathedral Saturday,” the Aussie star wrote on Instagram.
“Got to know both of them on Masked Singer and was stoked to watch them tie the knot.
“All class day celebrating an all class couple. A great time had by all.”

It comes after Hughesy revealed he almost got into a fight while sitting in the stands at Wimbledon, when he told a man to be quiet.
“This English bloke behind us just would not shut up for right through the match. Eventually I said, ‘Mate, can you just be quiet?” he explained in a clip.
“Everyone around us was happy that I did it.
“What is it with entitled English wankers?!”
