Aussie actress Naomi Watts and ex Liev Schreiber are celebrating a huge milestone moment for their family – their son Sasha Schreiber has graduated high school!

The Hollywood stars, 56 and 57 respectively, were every inch the proud parents as they marked the occasion by sharing snaps from the ceremony with their millions of followers on Instagram.

In one image shared by Aussie actress Watts, the former couple cosied up for a sweet picture with Sasha, 17, who looked smart in a pale grey suit for his big day.

“Congrats!” The Ring star wrote over the image.

American actor Schreiber also shared a picture from the day showing himself, his wife Taylor Neison and Sasha posing with Watts and her new actor husband Billy Crudup, 56.

“The graduate!!!” the star captioned his post.

Just four months ago, Watts was joined by Sasha as she attended the Critics Choice Awards in matching black ensembles.

Schreiber was also there and posed for photographs with their son.

They also are parents to Kai Schreiber, 16. 

Watts, one of Australia’s most successful Hollywood exports, and Schreiber announced their shock split in 2016.

They were together for 11 years before going their separate ways. 

Schreiber previously spoke about their close bond and how dedicated the pair are to co-parenting despite their split.

He said on CBS This Morning: “But, you know, we’re parents together so we’ll be together for the rest of our lives no matter what and we’re very close. Hopefully, that never changes and I don’t think it will.”
