She has also spoken candidly about her fertility struggles.
Last year Ryan revealed she had suffered three miscarriages over five years and a loss, which she went through while on tour was one of the most difficult times.
She actually kept her second pregnancy a secret, out of fears that it would lead to her losing work.

The happy news of baby number four comes a few months after she underwent surgery after being diagnosed with skin cancer.
At the age of 21, she had been first diagnosed with a stage two melanoma, and started to think something was wrong after noticing that she had a mole that was changing on her arm.
She got it looked at but doctors insisted that it wasn’t cancerous, she demanded testing on it anyway.

The mole was removed and she pushed to get more taken from around it.
Recalling the procedure on her podcast she said the doctor told her, “It’s not melanoma, it’s totally fine, I will do a shave and send it away for testing.”
But after all the reassurances, she was called back with the confirmation that it was cancerous.
“It’s crazy what could have happened if I didn’t continue to be my own advocate and I will continue to be my own advocate… If I hadn’t pushed, if I had taken that good answer the first time and walked away then I would have had melanoma just growing and spreading on my arm,” she said.
