TikTok star Anna Grace Phelan has died at the age of 19 following a brain cancer battle, her heartbroken family has confirmed.
They shared the news in a statement shared on her TikTok page to 141,000 followers.
”It is with great sadness to announce that our beautiful daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,” it read.

In September last year, the teen social media sensation revealed in a heartbreaking video that she had been diagnosed with a stage four malignant brain tumour, and said she and her medical team were exploring treatment options.
”So many of you have followed her journey through a difficult battle with cancer and bore witness to her powerful testimony of faith,” Phelan’s family added in their statement.
”Thank you for the countless thousands of prayers for healing and peace. May we all rejoice with the assurance that she is in Heaven now, and she has been healed.”

“God bless her beautiful soul.”
Followers rushed to reveal their shock and heartbreak underneath the post, with one writing, “I can’t adequately express how sorry that I am for your loss.”
“Your sweet girl touched this stranger’s heart tremendously. I can’t wait to rejoice in Heaven with her one sweet day ❤️.”
According to her obituary, the Florida-born teen died on Friday, May 23, after graduating high school in 2024.
A funeral is due to be held on May 29, in Georgia.

According to a crowdfunding page, she was diagnosed before she was supposed to start college.
She battled a diffuse midline glioma tumour, the page said.

When she announced her diagnosis in a TikTok video, she bravely said: “This is definitely the hardest news I’ve ever received by all means. This is not easy but I’m going to trust in the lord and try and keep pushing forward.”
“It’s a very hard time for me and my family right now.”
