Music fans, it’s the news we’ve been waiting for: Mariah Carey is coming Down Under!
On Thursday morning it was announced the Fantasy singer is returning to Australia for the first time in more than a decade to headline the nationwide Fridayz Live tour – which is stacked with big names.
The tour will go to Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, and Melbourne this October.

It’s been 11 years since the singer last toured on Australian soil as part of her The Elusive Chanteuse Show world tour in late 2014.
She was meant to tour Down Under in 2018, which was postponed and later cancelled.
Carey has sold over 200 million albums and has many hits to her name across the decades, including Always Be My Baby, Fantasy, and her chart-topping Christmas anthem, All I Want for Christmas Is You.

The singer’s return Down Under comes as she marks the 20th anniversary of her popular 2005 studio album, The Emancipation of Mimi.
But she isn’t the only global superstar on the Aussie festival line-up.
Joining Carey for the Fridayz Live tour are some of the biggest names in music.

Hitmaker Pitbull is coming to Australia for the first time since his 2012 tour.
After becoming the talk of social media with his Party After Dark Tour, the Give Me Everything singer will bring his show Down Under.

Pitbull AKA Mr. Worldwide’s discography is stacked with smash radio hits, including Fireball, Hotel Room Service, Feel This Moment, Timber and International Love.
The megastar line-up continues with rapper Wiz Khalifa, known for tracks like Black and Yellow and See You Again, and Grammy winner Lil Jon, of Get Lo and Yeah! fame – just to name a couple of his many hits.

Rounding off the festival are Let Me Blow Ya Mind hitmaker Eve, UK rap sensation Tinie Tempah and finally, ’00s star and No Air singer Jordin Sparks.
