Bebe Rexha has revealed she’s gone through pregnancy loss in a heartbreaking message to fans.
The singer, 35, shared her journey after controversial musician Azealia Banks made cruel body-shaming comments online following her Met Gala red carpet debut on Monday.
“I’m so tired of people commenting on my weight,” Rexha wrote in a since-deleted message on X, formerly Twitter, on May 6.

“I have PCOS and struggle with infertility. I got pregnant, and it didn’t work out and I’ve been carrying that pain in silence.
“I never owed anyone that truth, but maybe now you’ll think twice before commenting on any anyone’s body.”
Banks had made a string of shocking comments about Rexha on social media, which 9honey has chosen not to repeat.
Rexha directly replied to one of Banks’ messages, writing: “Ok I’m gonna go and enjoy my day now. Have a good day everyone love you.”

Rexha did not give any further details of when she went through the pregnancy loss, or with whom she was expecting with.
The singer has been refreshingly open about her journey with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a hormonal condition that impacts the function of a woman’s ovaries.
It affects between eight and 13 percent of people with female reproductive organs in Australia, many of whom go undiagnosed for years.
Speaking about the condition on TikTok, the singer revealed there have been times where her period has lasted for 20 days and other times when it simply hasn’t come at all.
She also shared that PCOS has made it difficult for her to maintain a weight she’s comfortable with.
