British model and actress Georgia May Foote has revealed she’s been sick for days after Christmas with a ”really bad stomach”.
The former Coronation Street actress, 33, said she’s had stomach cramps that are “so painful” and she can barely “keep anything in”.
Foote shared a series of posts and updates on her Instagram stories with fans, asking followers for advice and any “home cures”.

“Day 5 of having a really bad stomach. Tried to eat my first proper meal since Xmas Day and belly said no. Anyone else got this, how do I stop it? The cramps are so painful,” she wrote in one post asking fans for suggestions.
She added in one video: “I’ve heard so much about this flu going around, but I don’t have the flu… I can’t keep anything in and it’s so painful. I’ve tried a hot water bottle… peppermint… flat Coke… honestly it’s grim. Tried to go for a meal last night this morning my body said no.”
She said she went to the chemist and got gluten free snacks, bananas and rehydration drinks to help soothe her stomach.

She added in one post: “If you have this too I hope you feel better soon. It’s bloody grim.”
Foote recently shared a post saying her December was filled with “food and puppy love 🥰.”
She also shared a picture of her Christmas dinner, a roast, saying she “cooked up a storm me and my bestie”.
Foote has been open about her health in the past and previously revealed she has vitiligo, which according to the Mayo Clinic “is a disease that causes loss of skin color in patches”.

In a post in May, she wrote: “Everytime I go on holiday and I get a beautiful tan, I see how much my vitiligo has spread more than ever before.”
“I would be lying if I didn’t say it gets to me. It makes me feel super insecure at times. But seeing how the people around me support me and still love me the same makes my heart feel full.”
And in a post for World Vitiligo Day in June last year, she shared a candid post saying it took her a long time to be diagnosed and it makes her feel “insecure”.
“I developed little white patches on my skin in 2020. To which was wrongly diagnosed as tinea versicolour,” she wrote.

“I have never, to this day, been offered support for what this condition can do to your mental health. Please believe me when I say this has been a huge struggle for me to come to terms with. On the surface I’m ok. Deep down I have never felt so insecure.
“There is so little information and support given to people with this condition. How and why did mine develop 3 years ago? Why does it change so often?”
She added in part of her post: “All I know is this is now me.”
“And this has been a very hard condition to process. I will be the girl who refuses to cover it up so that you can feel more confident with yours. And I promise to always be a voice for those going through the same for as long as my platform means anything.”
