To say MrBeast is worth a lot of money would be an understatement. And one doesn’t even have to know much about what Mr. Beast does exactly at this point to understand that he is big, and must therefore be making a lot of money. These days it feels like MrBeast, who started on YouTube, is everywhere.
Jimmy Donaldson, also known as MrBeast, began posting videos on the video platform when he was only 12, and first gained popularity from a video where he spent 44 hours “counting to 100,000.” He followed that up by counting to 200,000. He also read the dictionary, read the “Bee Movie” script, said Logan Paul 100,000 times, and watched the Jake Paul music video “It’s Every Day Bro” on repeat for 10 hours straight. Humble beginnings, for sure.

Today, however, MrBeast’s main YouTube channels Mr. Beast, MrBeast Gaming, MrBeast 2, Beast Reacts, and MrBeast Philanthropy have a total of 415 million subscribers combined. His main channel alone has 270 million subscribers, making it the most-subscribed account on YouTube.
All of that, of course, means controversies and Mr. Beast has had his share of those, particularly in the last few years. Those include lawsuits alleging he nurtured a difficult work environment, allegations of sexual misconduct against one of the original cast members, Ava Kris Tyson, as well as allegations of rigging contests, running illegal lotteries, and deceiving his fans. On top of that, in September 2024 a class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of the former contestants of Beast Games, the new reality TV show set to release on Prime Video. The lawsuit alleges contests experienced widespread mistreatment, sexual harassment, and unpaid expenses and wages.
Taking all of that into account, how much is MrBeast worth today? Has the lawsuit affected his bottom line? What’s happening with Beast Games?

According to Celebrity Net Worth MrBeast’s net worth is approximately $1 billion dollars. The estimation comes from a conservative valuation of his business and takes into consideration reports that in November 2022 MrBeast was looking for investors to buy into his business, which was then valued at $1.5 billion dollars.
Of that, at least $3 million a month comes just from YouTube video views. He also earns a considerable amount from sponsorships.

Then, in January of this year, reports indicated MrBeast was close to a $100 million deal with Amazon for the rights to an exclusive streaming series, which turned out to be Beast Games. That show is set to be released on Prime Video. All of this plus information revealed in his court case related to his MrBeast Burgers, which includes an organizational chart of his company that shows that in 2023 his business generated $223 million in gross revenue and was on pace to generate $700 million in 2024, cemented MrBeast as a billionaire.
Not only that, he accomplished the feat at a very young age—26—making him the eighth youngest billionaire in the world. He is, however, the only one who didn’t inherit his fortune out of that list.
Whether the lawsuit against him ends up going somwhere or not, it seems like MrBeast is doing quite well on the financial front, and as long as people continue to watch his videos, he will continue to do well.
