An unknown scammer is using the best strategy to fool newbie crypto investors into looting money from newbie Crypto investors.
$XRP is a popular Proof-of-stake (PoS) Cryptocurrency, which is popularly known as centralized Cryptocurrency. Many people claim San Francisco’s headquartered blockchain firm Ripple controls the XRPL network & we should not consider the $XRP coin decentralised Cryptocurrency.
These days, XRP coin’s popularity is surging rapidly all over the world, as it is the first Cryptocurrency that is not an unregistered security token legally, after Ethereum & Bitcoin, thanks to the legal battle between Ripple & SEC body.
These days, a scammer uses his X (formerly Twitter) account to mislead Crypto X users. This scammer is using a username similar to Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse & and this account is verified as an organisation.
No one can easily detect his account as a fake account. This fake user has been sharing posts related to official information posted by official sources that portray the CEO.
In some reply tweets, at multiple places, this fake Ripple CEO talked about the XRP lawsuit & asked people to join the $XRP giveaway.

Also, this scammer pinned his fake giveaway tweet with a suspicious link in the profile to & steal funds from innocent & new crypto investors.
So far, it is not known who the person behind this fake X profile but San Francisco headquartered blockchain firm Ripple already warned against such scams and urged people not to participate in any kind of $XRP giveaway & don’t share wallet keys or details to any person.
