Apple is tugging at our pockets again! Earlier this year, Apple Music debuted its first-ever ‘100 Best Albums’ list, a collection filled with iconic records that are highlighted for their cultural impact. However, the company is now taking things a step further, releasing the list in a limited-edition hardcover book priced at $450.

The book will only be made into 1,500 copies housed in a sleek, transparent slipcase, marked by a unique edition number. Once taken out of the case, the hardcover book features sparkling gold-edged pages and a spine that weighs in a solid 8 pounds. To add to its appeal, the book will include 97 illustrations, leaving three albums without a visual.6

Additionally, the limited-edition book’s release isn’t all about streaming numbers and stats. It was carefully curated by Apple’s team of experts with the input of music legends such as Pharrell Williams, Charli XCX, Mark Hoppus, and more. It’s important to note that the list wasn’t created by popularity but by what Apple Music believes defines eras and influences generations.

Nonetheless, if you want to get your hands on the limited-edition item, pre-orders are now available with a shipping date set for November 29th. Since there is a small quantity of copies, it won’t be long before these books become a major payday. So, whether you’re an Apple collector or just love music in all forms, Apple’s ‘100 Best Albums” list is definitely worth the price!
