Vivian Jenna Wilson, the transgender daughter of Elon Musk, publicly voiced her concerns about the state of the United States following Donald Trump’s recent election victory. In a series of posts on Threads, Wilson, 20, expressed uncertainty about her future in the country and criticized her estranged father for his continued support of Trump.

“I’ve thought this for a while, but yesterday confirmed it for me,” Wilson wrote. “I don’t see my future being in the United States. Even if [Donald Trump is] only in office for 4 years, even if the anti-trans regulations magically don’t happen, the people who willingly voted this in are not going anywhere anytime soon.”

Wilson, who has been publicly estranged from Musk since 2022, also took aim at her father and other family members who supported Trump, expressing disdain for their political stance. She wrote candidly, “Watching the grown members of my ex-‘family’ in the media/twitter-sphere recently makes me glad that I didn’t develop my genetic pre-disposition of apparently not having a f—king spine.”

Her criticism extended to broader political figures and wealthy elites she believes were responsible for Trump’s victory, writing, “Direct your anger towards [the] f—king politicians and oligarchs who caused this to happen.” Wilson later clarified that her disdain for Trump supporters remains strong, urging any on her page to “get the f—k off.”

Wilson and Musk’s relationship has been strained since June 2022, when she legally changed her name and gender, severing ties with her father. In past comments, Musk has attributed their estrangement to what he termed “woke mind virus” influences. The billionaire and SpaceX founder shares 12 children with multiple partners, including musician Grimes.
