Wendy’s is welcoming in the new season with some fall-inspired flavors featured on their menu.

Starting November 12th, the limited-time offerings will showcase an unexpected twist that strays away from the typical Thanksgiving taste. The highlight of the items is the salted caramel Frosty, which the company described as “warm and cozy comfort.” The new sweet treat will temporarily replace the iconic vanilla Frosty.

Also leaving the menu is the Pineapple Under The Sea Frosty, inspired by Nickelodeon’s Spongebob Squarepants. To celebrate the show’s 25th anniversary, Wendy’s combined vanilla Frosty with pineapple-mango puree to pay homage to Spongebob’s famous pineapple home.

Additionally, the fall menu will feature a mushroom bacon cheeseburger with roasted mushrooms, Muenster cheese, bacon, and a creamy garlic spread on top of a beef patty. Their taco salad will also be upgraded now, including creamy salsa dressing, fire-roasted corn, tortilla strips, and chili.

The vanilla Frosty’s departure follows the restaurant’s history of making seasonal changes. Just recently, Wendy’s removed the triple-berry and orange Dreamsicle Frostys that debuted this past spring/summer. Prior to those cool flavors, the vanilla Frosty was replaced by peppermint, pumpkin spice, and strawberry Frostys.
