Since reuniting in 2019, the original Sugababes lineup have solidified their place in British pop history as one of the most successful and influential vocal groups of the 2000s.

Upon their return, they have shut down their Glastonbury stage twice due to demand, sold out The O2, and performed to record breaking crowds at major festivals across Europe.

Their 2022 album ‘The Lost Tapes’ served as the trios first original material since the launch of their debut ‘One Touch’ in 2000.

The record represented a significant moment in their journey, given the complex history of lineup changes and legal battles over the band’s name. The LP is essentially a collection of previously unreleased tracks that the group had worked on after their 2013 reunion but had not been able to release

Despite being released without major label backing, the album was praised by both fans and critics for its cohesive sound and the vocal chemistry of the original members. The music retains the moody, introspective vibe that set Sugababes apart from other pop groups during their initial run.
