Beloved fitness guru Richard Simmons died in July at the age of 76.
And his brother Lenny Simmons revealed at his celebration of life over the weekend that the fitness star was actually buried in his signature shorts and singlet uniform.
US Weekly reports Simmons said he was buried with the activewear underneath another outfit as he knows his late sibling would be helping “the saints and the angels get into shape”.
He said he was revealing the ”little secret” to mourners.

“Just like Clark Kent underneath his beautiful things that he was wearing, his clothing, [Richard] is wearing a tank top and shorts,” Lenny reportedly said.
“Why, you ask? Because we think that God has another plan for him, and we want to make sure that he was going to be in his normal costume that we all know and love to help the saints and the angels get into shape.”
He added that Richard would “forever be sweating with the Holies”.

In a statement shared to People, it said this death was ruled ”accidental”.
“The Coroner informed Lenny that Richard’s death was accidental due to complications from recent falls and heart disease as a contributing factor,” family spokesperson Tom Estey said in a statement.
“The toxicology report was negative other than medication Richard had been prescribed. The Family wishes to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support during this time of great loss.”
