Keke Palmer is loving every moment of motherhood, and she’s sharing it with the world! The actress and singer recently took to Instagram to gush about her son Leodis alongside a series of sweet photos of the two of them together.

“Forever loving you my sweet son!” Palmer captioned. “Can you guys believe I’m someone’s mom? How can that be when I was just spelling words in spelling bee’s! .. time flies doesn’t it? I don’t want to miss a moment with this kid here.”

Reflecting on raising her son, Palmer continued, “I remember when he was born like it was yesterday. I’m not being mushy, I’m being fr!!! When did this happen?? I am so blessed! He’s such an awesome human. I’m his mommy but he’s truly his own person.”

Palmer, 31, shared how she looks forward to teaching Leodis valuable life lessons, just as her parents did for her.

“I can’t wait to teach him how to nurture himself, in the same way my parents did for me. The journey of life can be challenging and we benefit greatly when we have guiding forces. It’s a beautiful opportunity to sow positive seeds and watch them grow! An honor.”

Keke celebrated her 31st birthday in August and has been making incredible memories with her little one. She recently took a break from her busy schedule to travel with Leodis to Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires.

“I’m so happy I took a break!” She shared about her trip. “The start of my 3rd decade has been all about self mastery and I cannot be my best self if I am ignoring all I need. Which is not just getting to the bag but knowing that the bag will be there and to fill my cup with timeless moments like this. That’s what makes purpose and intention, CLEAR!”

Keke Palmer welcomed her first child with partner Darius Jackson in February 2023. In a previous interview with Parade, the actress shared how natural motherhood feels to her.

“You are the perfect mom for your baby. There’s no wrong or right—everything that you do, everything you’re learning; all the lessons and all the figuring it out, you are perfectly suited for your child.”
