Pop superstar Katy Perry thrilled fans on the weekend with her electrifying performance at the AFL Grand Final.
And after her incredible performance, for which she was reportedly paid $5 million, it’s been announced that the American singer will play a show in Adelaide on her upcoming Australian tour.
Perry, 39, announced the news on her Instagram page to her millions of followers, writing: “I heard you loud and clear 👂🏻Adelaide, I got you!”

The Teenage Dream singer added: “Tickets on sale TOMORROW for June 26th on THE LIFETIMES TOUR 🦋 (swipe right for info).”
The news was also announced on Ticketek’s official website, which read: “Due to overwhelming demand, an Adelaide Show has now been added.”
Tickets for the show will go on sale on Tuesday, October 1.

On Saturday, Perry thrilled fans as she sang some of her biggest hits – and was even joined by iconic Australian singer Tina Arena – at the AFL Grand Final.
She entered the stadium on a futuristic-looking vehicle before singing hits including Dark Horse, California Gurls, Roar and I Kissed A Girl.

On the eve of the Grand Final, Perry announced her Australian tour as part of her Lifetimes Tour.
She will be playing shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and now, Adelaide, with her first show in Sydney on June 9.
”143 is a party and you’re all invited! Stoked to see you in June 2025. Get ready for a high energy singalong to all your faves,” Perry wrote in her announcement post.
