Binance’s former CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) finally shared an update on his situation after being released from jail, asking his followers to wait for some time to get answers to their big questions.

Changpeng Zhao (CZ) is the co-founder and former CEO of the Binance crypto exchange. He had been in jail for the last 3 months but was released just a day ago. After his release, CZ spoke about his current situation and his new non-crypto project, Giggle Academy.

On 29 Sep 2024, CZ mentioned that many people have multiple questions, but he won’t be able to answer them right now, so he asked for some time. He thanked all his supporters who stood by him during the dark days when Binance was struggling legally due to the US regulatory body’s lawsuit actions, as well as after his jail sentence, which came as a result of Binance violating AML (Anti-Money Laundering) measures and other US financial regulations.

CZ said that his new educational project, Giggle Academy, has been a success and that Binance is moving toward a better level of growth, which he views as a very positive outcome for any founder.

He also confirmed that he will continue to invest in blockchain, decentralised technologies, AI, and biotech, as he believes in long-term investments that create an impact, rather than just focusing on returns.
