According to Erika Jayne, it is only a matter of time before history repeats itself and John Janssen ditches Alexis Bellino as he did Shannon Beador.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne predicts it’s “only a matter of time” that John Janssen does “what he did to Shannon [Beador]” to his new fiancée Alexis Bellino

According to Erika Jayne, Alexis Bellino is living in a “fantasy land” that “still feels good” because she is less than a year into her relationship with John Janssen.

“I don’t know these people, but I do know something about human nature,” Erika said on Teddi Mellencamp’s Two T’s in a Pod podcast, according to a clip shared by @byewighellodrama on Instagram. “It’s only a matter of time before he does to Alexis what he did to Shannon.”

The RHOBH star predicts this will happen “even under the best of circumstances.”

“It may not be this year. It may not be in three years, and it may take five, 10 years, but it will be done,” she said. “Because people are who they are. It’s like cheaters; it doesn’t matter. Maybe you didn’t cheat today, but you will do it again … when given the opportunity.”

Erika Jayne also noted that she “prefer[s]” not to see Shannon Beador drinking “while she’s having such a terrible time,” noting that it’s “counterproductive.”

Teddi Mellencamp then noted that Erika had reached for booze when the criminal allegations against her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, first broke in the press and turned her life upside down.

“I was trying to die,” Erika recalled, confirming that she used alcohol to numb her pain and feelings. “I was trying to hurt myself. I was really trying to not wake up … I wanted it to stop, all of it.”

When asked about Tom being found guilty of his crimes, Erika admitted it hurt to hear the news. The RHOBH star admits she “slid back into a place” where she couldn’t “get out of bed.”
