Boy Meets World star Trina McGee has suffered a miscarriageafter falling pregnant at 54.
McGee shared the sad news during a recent appearance on The Tamron Hall Show.
“I did lose the baby. It wasn’t expected, it was closer to the end of the first trimester. We don’t have any real reasons why,” she said.
“I was still so grateful to have the experience of being able to conceive at this age and this time.”

The actress, who played Angela on the iconic 90s show, said she “doesn’t ever want to go through this again.
“The conclusion I came to is, we’ll just keep loving each other, if something happens that way, fine, but I don’t want to put another anxiety on myself,” she said.
“Sometimes it really is better to let go and let God.”

McGee has previously shared she and husband Marcello Thedford were hoping to welcome a child together.

The actress is already mum to Ramia, 31, Langston, 29, and Ezra, 25, with ex-husband Courtland Davis.
McGee had spoken to PEOPLE magazine about her delight and surprise at falling pregnant naturally at the age of 54.
“This is really happening. It’s wonderful. It’s great,’ she said.
McGee said she’d been able to conceive in her fifties by reversing menopause with natural remedies and by creating a “low-stress” environment.

“I have been saying I wanted to have a baby with my current husband of 16 years for quite a while,’ she told Entertainment Tonight.

McGee’s followers took to her Instagram to share their condolences.
“Trina, I’m so very sorry that you lost your baby,” one wrote.
“My fiancée and I had been talking about that, because it had given me hope that she’d still have a good chance, even though she’s just a few years from 40.
“I know that God can still provide, but it’s definitely not easy to think about. Praying for you and hopefully if you do conceive again, that things will out.”
